BUSHINGS

SF Series Bushings and Bearings

SF means a three-layer composite, namely: Steel back, sintered porous bronze layer, PTFE layer.

The steel back plays the role of positioning in the assembly and the bearing pressure, the bronze layer makes it possible to connect the steel-PTFE materials and contributes to the reduction of friction, finally, the PTFE layer plays a role of resistance wear and self-lubrication.

Advantages :

Oil-free, self-lubricating Low noise level during operation, Thin-walled, space-saving design Long-term wear resistance

It is a new type of bearing which advantageously replaces needle bearings, sintered bearings and copper alloy bearings.

Pad SF-1W (P4)

SF-1W (P4) High performance and environmentally friendly oil-free bearing

Consisting of a steel back, a layer of sintered bronze powder and a rolled layer of a mixture of PTFE and polymer material.

Advantages :

No lead (environmental protection)Excellent wear resistanceHigh bond strength between copper and PTFE layerGood fatigue and impact resistance

SF-1H Highly hydraulic wear resistant bushing

The highly hydraulic wear-resistant bushing SF-1H is a plain bearing specially developed for the working conditions of medium and high pressure gear pumps.

Advantages:

Good impact resistance High load pressure Good wear resistance Lead-free (good for the environment)

SF-1H ring

SF-1B pad

SF-1B Bronze Base Bushing

Consists of a Tin Bronze back, a layer of sintered bronze powder and a layer of PTFE blend and high temperature resistant filler material.

Advantages :

High safety factor Perfect in environments where work cannot be interrupted Can work when the temperature is high and it is impossible to refill oil Widely used in the metallurgical industry The PTFE layer can be replaced by an anti - thickened wear allowing to reach max loads of 130N/mm²

SF-1S Corrosion resistant stainless steel bushing

The corrosion-resistant stainless steel bearing is made of stainless steel material, a layer of sintered bronze and a low-friction material based on PTFE.

Advantages:

Oil resistance Acid resistance Alkali resistance Sea water resistance Wear resistance Lead-free (good for the environment)

SF-1S pad

JF Series Bushings and Bearings

JF stands for composite metal, the bearings are made of steel on the outside and copper alloy on the inside.

In assemblies operating with oil-based lubrication, Series JF housings can advantageously replace copper rings, or more expensive roller bearings.

Advantages :

Low costSmall footprint thanks to its thin-walled structureWear resistanceLead-free (good for the environment)

The holes and grooves can be modified to meet the lubrication conditions required by the customer and can be adapted to series production.

Palier JF-800

JF-800 Bimetallic bearing

Consisting of a low carbon steel back and a powder coat of CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 material, this product has one of the highest load bearing capacities of the dual alloy bearings.

Advantages :

Highest load capacity of all bimetallic bearings Suitable for high loads at low speeds
