Quality Policy and Management Commitment

 

 

Quality policy :

 

Like every year, I want to change the company's quality policy and my commitment to improving customer satisfaction and improving the performance of our QMS. Consequently, I undertake as a Manager, to:

 

 

To ensure that our customers are perfectly satisfied with our work and to inquire about their satisfaction by all means

 

Encourage each employee to communicate with our customers

 

Meet customer requirements in accordance with negotiated agreements.

 

Advance the company's turnover by offering new products to our customers.

 

Take into account all non-conformities, comments and complaints from customers and deal with them quickly, effectively and efficiently.

 

Make everyone aware of quality in order to create a real dynamic for customer satisfaction.

 

Have true ethics for the company, in particular through compliance with supplier regulations, transparency with customers, staff and all interested parties.

 

Establish regular relations with our main suppliers

 

Give all the means, material, financial and human for the development of our Quality System

 

Respect the environment and the safety of employees as much as possible by implementing the recommendations and obligations in this direction within the company.

 

Offer appropriate training (quality, safety, etc.) to increase the skills and versatility of operators and reduce occupational risks.

 

Organize and participate in quality meetings and management reviews to punctually assess the strategic objectives of my company and be able to quickly correct any drift or discrepancy.

 

 

These objectives are clearly communicated and explained to all staff and their development is regularly monitored through various performance evaluation and analysis tools (indicators, monitoring of delivery delays, training plan, internal audits, monitoring complaints and non-conformities, satisfaction survey, etc.) but also during weekly meetings and Management Reviews.

 

This quality policy is subject to an annual review.

 

 

Management Commitment – Delegation of Authority:

 

As Director of USN, I charge Eric ALIE, quality representative with external and internal interlocutors and give him full authority and independence to:

 

  • Implement everything and measure customer satisfaction Communicate on the company's quality policy Check the correct application of the training plan Ensure that employees are stakeholders in the quality approach Continuously improve processes Bring the System to life and evolve of Quality Management put in place Report to me regularly on the operation of the QMS and any need for improvement

 

With the support of my colleagues, I will ensure that these commitments are respected.
